One to One Coaching
My one-to-one coaching is a sacred space where you get to come as you are, tired, uncertain, hopeful, ready. Together, we slow things down so you can hear your own voice again. We will uncover what is no longer working, gently explore the old stories that have kept you stuck in patterns of over giving and self-doubt, and begin crafting a new, rooted story, one filled with clarity, confidence, and possibility.
This is not about fixing you. It is about returning to who you’ve always been beneath the noise. Through my three or six month journey together, we will co-create a vision for your life and business that feels deeply aligned with who you are today, not who you were expected to be.
You will leave not just with a new strategy, but with a new way of being, anchored in self-trust, spaciousness, and purpose. I will walk beside you as your coach, guide, and fellow woman on the path, because you were never meant to do this alone.

Group Coaching
There is something sacred that happens when women gather, especially along the river, surrounded by the stillness and strength of the land.
My group coaching sessions are not just about strategy or business, they are about coming home to yourself in the presence of other women who are doing the same.
Here on our beautiful property, under open skies and beside flowing water, women entrepreneurs come together to be seen, heard, and held. It is a space where masks fall away, where loneliness is replaced by sisterhood, and where deep, soul-level connection fuels both personal and business growth.
In these circles, we remember we were never meant to do this alone, and from that rooted place, everything begins to shift.

I offer all of my clients a free consultation to get to know you, your story and your goals. This helps us determine if we will be a good fit for one another.

During a discovery call, we will explore what you are hoping to create during your coaching journey and what might be getting in the way. Through this conversation, I will be able to suggest one of our coaching packages or customize one that will be best.
